Delete your RedSwap account
RedSwap, the shift-trade app for firefighters
In the app (fastest)
- Open RedSwap and sign in.
- Tap your picture at the top of the Board tab to open your Profile.
- Tap Edit profile, then Delete my account, and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email support@redswap.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my RedSwap account". We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, email address, phone number and profile picture.
- Your department memberships, rank, certifications and schedule.
- Your open posts and offers, alerts and settings.
- Your business pages with their photos, locations, services, products and reviews.
- Your calendar link, reminders and Trusted Reviewer status.
What is kept
- Completed trades, IOUs and trade ratings are kept, because other members' records depend on them, with your name replaced by "Deleted member".
- Business reviews you wrote and "I hired them" marks you gave are deleted.
- Backups are cleared within 30 days.
